Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy 

All International orders are priced in $USD and shipped via USPS and UPS Worldwide.
While it is our hope that all packages arrive at their intended destinations in a timely manner, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. Packages are sent out within 2 business days of receiving the order. We waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems.
Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.
While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to sign any required forms before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.

 

Refund Policy


We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days (60 days if placed in November/December) of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued! We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. PROM is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. All bodysuits, underwear,Special offer or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost. Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Exchange Policy


We are currently not set up for exchanges. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
Because this is a quicker more user-friendly solution overall and helps ensure you can get the right size/color/style quicker than an exchange would have. We process refunds promptly upon receipt.

When will I receive my refund? Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

Product & Inventory


The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking? PROM comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.
